    Sending data to/from a database

I do hope that this is not misplaced.

I am here to ask how to send data to a database (from a form) and how to retrieve this data from the database and automatically print the data on a web page. I would prefer to do so using HTML and Javascript, if possible.

You would need to use some additional language like VB Script or ADO.
    Do you know either?

with php it is rather simple.

you just have to learn the language... that's where the work is...

I said in my last post that I know PHP. I was looking for a way to do it without using PHP or a similar language.

What kind of database is it? if it is Access, you can build data pages through MS Access which uses XML and I think some DB engine to get the values, then you can display the print box using JavaScript. From what I think, this is only true on a local machine. If you are thinking of doing this from a Web server without any framework or language support, then you will not be able to do this. Your best bet would be using Google docs: http://www.google.com/google-d-s/intl/en/tour1.html
