Using AJAX refresh getting Permission Denied

Hello,

I am using the AJAX refresh. I am receiving a
Permission Denied error in IE(6)
The system cannot located the resource specified in IE7

Works fine in firefox..

i will post some code when i get home.. any thoughts initially?

Works fine in Firefox, just not IE
