Database design for scheduling app

if i have a daily schedule with time booked every fifteen minutes can i show times booked and unbooked?

here's an example of what i'm trying to show

9:00 Booked
9:15 Booked
9:30
9:45 Booked
10:00
10:15 Booked

what fields would i need in the database?

i've been working on this for quite some time now and i haven't found an effective way to do it yet.

I would probably just store the date and time for each appointment, so my Appointments table would look like this:

Appointments
------------
ID          (identity)
ApptDate    Date/Time
