asp:label text too large for some users

I have a user who is experiencing very large text that is overlapping other fields in one of our .net applications. All of the issues are related to asp:label fields. I am using a CSS which should format the data. I can not seem to recreate the issue on my machine either by adjusting text size in my browser. The user and I have the same version of IE. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot this?

Is the user's PC set to display large fonts (Display Properties -> Settings -> Advanced -> DPI)? Have they enabled Accessibility settings in IE which override your style sheet (Tools -> Internet Options -> General -> Accessibility)?
