Convert SemiColon Separated file like CSV file into XML file

i have a semi colon separated file like CSV file and i need to generate an xml file of it and i need to write this code in the button click event

the contents in the file are added or deleted on time being.

You can attach the file to your post: First, rename the file to have a .txt extension. Then in the "Additional Options" section under the post editing window, click the "Manage Attachments" button, then add the file as an attachment. (If you don't see "Additional Options," click the "Go Advanced" button under the editing window.)
