Help with crystal report( printing crystal report directly)

hi,
i have some problem with crystal report, when i want to print crystal report directly with below code:
CrystalReportSource1.ReportDocument.PrintToPrinter(1, False, 1, 1)

i use hp laser jet P2014, the report would be sent to printer, but i should enter the green button on the printer , so the paper come out the printer.
and the world' alphabet are apart of each other and in reverse format. what should i do? is it the printers problem?

I have no idea what this means, but if you have to push a button on printer to get something to print, then I would suspect the printer.

Can you print to this printer using other software?
