    Duplicate display User Interface in VB6

    Hi there,

    I have a form called FrmListView which display all the sales records. A click on the line item will display the FrmSalesMaint. And on the FrmSalesMaint, I have an option as part of the menu item which will launch the FrmListView. I can't figure out how to check for FrmListView to ensure that it was not loaded.

    Thanks in advance.
    Have a good Day,
    Cheers,
    Lennie

    Try something like
    Code:
    Public Function FormLoadedByName(FormName As String) As Boolean

    Dim i As Integer
    Dim frmFormName As String
    frmFormName = LCase$(FormName)
    FormLoadedByName = False
              For i = 0 To Forms.Count - 1
                   If LCase$(Forms(i).Name) = frmFormName Then
                      FormLoadedByName = True
                      Exit Function
                 End If
    Next
    End Function

    'In some click event or other, place the following code:
    If FormLoadedByName("FrmListView") = True Then
    MsgBox "Form is loaded"
    Else
    MsgBox "Form is not loaded"
    End If
