form to xml to pdf

here is a link to a form i want to have send data to an xml, and as final result, the data ends up in a pdf here is the form, that is under construction, just wanted a pointer in the right direction with the xml code

For simple printable formats to PDF format, I would like you to try the classic PDF converter, it simply do it via a small virtual driver and within two clicks your documents is converted into PDF.
