could anyone help me with this:

creates a function called GPA which uses the student ID number as the only
input parameter. The function should return a GPA that is calculated based

Yes first of all you create a GPA function in which only input parameter used as a ID number.This function along with a parameter returns a GPA that all the calculations depends on the grades and credit hours on that student information.
