I’m writing an article on evaluating wizards and “smart forms” (forms that
remember information you’ve put in previously, like the series you use to
check out at Amazon.com or other ecommerce sites) and I’m trying to locate
evaluations others have done – without much success.

Does anybody know of any worthwhile evaluations of wizards or – more importantly,
for my purposes –- smart forms? Good website reviews that take them into
account would be especially appreciated.
