Help - currently if a sent message is recalled the receipiant receives both
the original message and a recall message. If they click on the original
message first the recall does not work. It seems to me that recall should
remove the original from the receipiant's inbox leaving no trace of a message
unless the sender does a recall and replace. We are using corporate/group
Outlook2000 or XP on Exchange servers. This cannot be setup correctly, but
I am at a lost on how to fix it or to explain the proper process to my system
admin folks.
