HELP!!

I have an NT server w/SP4 that I have installed RAS on. I have the latest
modem drivers and can dial out. The service is configured to dial IN and
OUT

When I try to dial into the server the modem doesn't answer the incoming
call.

Is there a setting that I have to set to tell the modem to answer the call?
