I have exchange 2000 sp2. I have been trying to set message limit for mailbox
and it doesn't work.
Here are my settings.
SMTP Virtual Server limit is set to 10MB (incoming/outgoing)
Exchange Global Default setting is set to 4MB (incoming/outgoing)
I want one of the users to be able to receive message larger than 4MB.
This user's message delivery limit is set to 6MB (incoming).

I try to test the setting by sending 4.5MB message. SMTP Virtual Server accept
it but cannot make the delivery to the mailbox. I receive a NDR.
