Spam Blocking Tools & Exchange

Does anyone have any experience with the tools that allow blocking email
based on DNSBL and RBL lists?

I've found two such products while searching around:
Open Relay Filter - http://www.vamsoft.com/
ORFilter - http://martijnjongen.com/orfilter/default.htm

Does anyone know of any other products?
