Convert MS Office Documents to XML

    Hi,

I am looking for a complete conversion program which will convert
    any of
Microsoft Office documents into XML and vice-versa. Is there any
    such
tool exists ? if not, do we have convert the document using VBA ?

Any suggestions will be very useful.

    Thanks and Regards,

    Ravi

Ravi: If you save a document "as Web Page" in Office 2000, it is saved as an
XML file (more accurately, as an HTML file with embedded XML).

    Phil,

Maybe replace "HTML file with embedded XML" with "not remotely
human-readable, infinite number of CSS styles, ungodly cluttered, might
    not validate, HTML/XML kludge"?
