I've been using ASP with the latest XML Microsoft parser to output an HTML
page in Navigator 6. When the page displays in the browser all I get is garbage.
I know it is an encoding problem because when I go to View>Character Coding
- it defaults to UTF-16. When I switch it to Western(ISO-8859-1) the page
displays properly. It displays properly in IE5 and Nav4. Is there a way to
fix this through the xml/xsl file, or asp? I never had this problem using
the old parser included in IE5, for the Nav6 browser.
