Haw I capture Statistic about modem from win NT?

I want to capture modem statistic from Windows NT, when I using RasApi.DLL.
It is very simply in W95/98/2000 but in Win NT I can't make it... I want
capture information about line speed, Recived bytes/s, Xmited, Duration,
and so on....Please help me!
