    Re: printing pictures

I have written a program in VB 6.0 that pulls up a picture into a picture
box and then adds text to that picture. I need to print this picture using
the printer object. Does anyone have an idea on how to approach this?

    Printer.PaintPicture Picture1.Image, x, y

where x, y are coordinates of the LeftTop point of the picture

See VB help for information about optional arguments to PaintPicture

PaintPicture(Picture As IPictureDisp, X1 As Single, Y1 As Single, [Width1],
    [Height1], [X2], [Y2], [Width2], [Height2], [Opcode])

    Thanks Alex.

Do you know how to select only a portion of the picture box and have the
printer object print just that portion - say the bottom half?

    Thanks.
