    Using ADO with multiple datasources

I want to use ADO to connect to one datasource in
SQL-server and one in Oracle and join tables in a
SQL-query from both datasources using ADODB.Command
and ADODB.Recordset to write the result to a file.
Working with one datasource is no problem.

Can't be done using ADO only

Re: Using ADO with multiple datasources

if you are using SQL 7 or SQL 2000 then link the oracle server (read BOL)
and use a sp to create your sql statement. You will need to fully qualify
    the objects ie. servername.databasename.owner.object
