What is the database that the file extension is .dat for data and .ind for index
Hi,Everybody,
I have to access one database file directly, but I don't know what the database
it is. The database file extension is .dat, the index file extension is .ind.
I don't have any idea what database it is.
Does anybody know what it is? It's old format on DOS, develop at around 1994.
Thanks.

Todd:
I believe it is a 'DBase' database. It may also be FoxPro.

If you have MS Access available try to create a link to the file. Try the
different formats (fox pro or dbase) and see which works.
