How to automate version conversion of Access 2000?

Hi,
I don't know how to automate the version conversion process in Access
2000. I'm using Visual Basic 6.0 and I want to convert the Access 97 database
to Access 2000 and then back. I know how to do it manually but I need to
know how to automate this process. Can someone Help? Please e-mail me. Thanks.

Check out the version variable on CompactDatabase. I'm not sure you can go
back??
