How/Where to start???

Dear all,

I would like to learn the technique in Internet development. Currently I
have no experience on this topic at all. How should I start? What development
tools should I learn? ASP, JAVA, HTML, XML....?

The first step to take is to learn the basics.
Start with HTML an then tryout new things like small javascripts and java
applets. If you don't have your own webserver there is no use for ASP or
JSP. You can do realy cool stuff with just HTML, Javascript and some basic
photoshop work.
If you don't know where to start take a Tutorial.

Today all are talking about java.Thae is for also for that immediately.If
you know c++ then study java

just stat with html and kind of as you go along work your way to harder stuff
and then when you get to another thing you don't understarnd look for a toutourial
for it or ask questions like you have done here
