I need to Prevent others from copying text from my site. ANY IDEAS ??

I know this is highly impossible BUT How do I prevent hours of self-typed
information from being copied ?

Any ideas?? I need to give access to download some content to registered
members of my site. But then, once they download, what if they put that
content on their sites? Iam evaluating the option of giving PDFs for them.

Is there a way to embed a watermark-kind-of-thing in my PDF Document so that
if they print it a faint logo of my company appears. But then you can
select text from Acrobat Reader, copy and paste them elsewhere. So is this
going to help me?

HELP! I appreciate any good ideas on this.

As far as I know you can't do that with pdf's. You might try putting the
text on images (jpg's or something) with your logo in the background. Might
be kind of heavy to download though)

Yes, at least in Acrobat 4.0. From the documentation:

Form Field Is specifies whether the field is visible, hidden, visible but

print, or hidden but printable. The hidden but printable option can be used
to
create a watermark on a document that prints (when the document is printed),
but otherwise is not visible.

In the Security setting for the document you can set it so the users/readers
can not select and/or copy text or graphics.
