Disable the "Save As" function when right click any link.

How can I disable the function of "Save As" for some hyberlink?
Is it a browser function or HTML function?
since I want them to view it in the web instead of saving as a separate file.

Check irt.org -- there might be a way to capture a right-mouse click using
Javascript. But of course a user could disable Javascript to get around
that. And don't expect users to be happy that you've disabled their
browsers' functionality.
