    get text from Internet Explorer_Server class

    Hi,

    I'm trying to get text from a window that are an Internet Explorer_Server
    class.
    The appl. are Outlook(when you're choosen the html format) and Outlook
    Express.

    I've tried the sendmessage function with constant WM_GETTEXT, but it dosen't
    work with windows of this class..

    Anyone who have any suggestions on functions/examples that I can use that
    works with IE_Server class?

    Thanks
    Siri Mette

    Using the tip from this page:

    http://www.domaindlx.com/e_morcillo/....asp?tip=iedom

    you can get the DOM of the browser window. Then use the document properties:

    Dim oDoc As HTMLDocument
    Dim sHTML As String

    Set oDoc = IEDOMFromhWnd(MyWnd)

    ' Get the page HTML
    sHTML = oDoc.documentElement.outerHTML
