    Hi,

    I plan to establish an Intranet in my company, But I have no idea how to
    come true it.Such as what kind of hardware and software I will use and etc.

    In my opinion, this is not a job to take on if you have no idea what is
    involved. I think you will need to contract with someone with experience so that
    you get the help you will need.

    You might want to get some outside help. I'm not sure what your budget is
    but I might be able to help. I managed a intranet for a global public relations

    Speaking as somebody who is *not* interested in taking on any additional projects
    and is therefore *not* seeking to earn any money from your intranet development,
    I would fully agree with the previous two responses. Whether it be with
    them or somebody else, you are definitely getting in way over your head if
    you're not even sure what basic design (ie hardware, software, programming,
    etc.) will be involved and should get some outside consulting and development.
    (at least for the initial effort) Just for your own knowledge, I suggest
    getting some books on and learning about web site hosting, server side technologies
    (like ASP, ASP.Net, JSP, PHP, etc.) and the like. Good luck!...
