There are no real standards, but when I use to do this stuff independently
(3 years ago) the rates could be in the following ranges:

Corporate site development: 5K - 10K+ depending on scope of features you
    want.

Pricing for components such a pages, graphics etc are usually appropriated
towards smaller site where the cost of individual components are priced for
    profit.

For a typical corporate site/medium to large, the costs are usually packaged
around features and major capabilities such as database design/development,
content management, brand presentation and information architecture services.

Your quotes will probably vary in relation to the degree of the developer/firm's
adherence to processes such as proposal presentation, requirements gathering,
design, implementation, testing and maintenance. Other additional costs would
include hosting, infrastructure support and site evolution.

Based on your goals, objectives and budget, you may expect 1K-5K at the low
end to 10K-50K at the higher end.
