    Help getting started

    Hey guys,

I want to write a program that contains a drop down list of agents. Once
an agent's name is selected, I want the program to display their average
and number of evaluations. Say for instance, John Doe has 2 evaluations with
an average of 4.56. I want to be able to select John's name and have the
app populate the information. The data is currently being stored in a MS
Access DB. Any ideas on how I would sort the data according to what is selected
    in the drop down?

    Thanks in advance,
    EJ

Create a form in design mode...
Select the tool box... (make sure the wizard's on)
Make a combo box... (follow the wizard's instructions-- hide the ID column
and make it show the Agent's name)
On the After Update event of the Combo Box, build a SQL query string with
the value from the combobox in the Where clause...
Set the Row source property of the form to your SQL string...
Maybe need to Me.Requery I think...
