    windows NT keyboard buffer

I want to create a process which runs on background (windows NT). this process
is always looking for data arriving
on the COM1 port and convert it to keystrokes which should be putted on the
windows keyboard buffer, in a way
that other programs running should "think" the keystrokes are coming directly
    from the real keyboard.

Does anybody know how to put messages directly on the windows keyboard buffer?

    Thanks a lot
