    carriage return

    Help!

How do I insert a carriage return or new line when outputting text to a multiline
edit control? \n creates a vertical line in the output rather than a new
line. It works for a static control but not the multiline edit control!

You just need to add the \r\n sequence instead of just the \n sequence to
    get it to display correctly.
