I'm having a little trouble writing to files in folders that have been
created by Visual Studio .Net . Now it may not be VS.Net's fault but folders
created manually don't appear to have this problem.

An example is I've been working through a basic XML Guestbook tutorial which
I've created in VS.Net from scratch(New Project etc etc). Now if I place the
gbook.xml file in a folder within the sites structure I get an error when I
try to write to it

"Error writing file at: System.UnauthorizedAccessException: Access to the
path "c:\inetpub\wwwroot\XMLGuestbook\gb\gbook.xml" is denied."

If I place the gbook.xml file in the root of my c drive c:\gbook.xml I can
write to it without any problems. I've checked write permissions both in
Explorer and in IIS and everything seems to be fine.

Any Ideas??
