? Can students post help questions?

I am an internet student taking C++, can I post questions on this forum to
get help from time to time?

The reason I ask is, I am finding that some forums do not like students and

do not like them on their websites.

Just thought I would ask in advance.

Everyone may post technical questions here. We're not investigating
whether you're a student, a retired pensioner who wishes to learn C++ as
a hobby or a senior software engineer:-) However, you want to read the
posting guidelines of DevX before posting (something I would recommend
for anyone posting here for the first time). In short, we don't do other
people's homework here nor do we advise kiddos on how to brew a computer
virus (I'm not joking -- such question pop here occasionally). When you
post a question, please be specific, always indicate the OS and compiler
you're using and if possible, post some of the relevant code you've
written (e.g., if you have a bug that you cannot find, or your compiler
issues a cryptic error message that you cannot fathom).
