    Need to mention your O/S...

In Windows Secure Channel services are already available through the Win32
WinInet APIs and through a WinSock 2.0 provider (winintel.dll, schannel.dll,
etc.). You don't need new DLLs. I would 'assume' (a very dangerous word <g>)
that it would be the same in other environments.

Most calls are identical to what you are currently using with the exception
    of providing a security 'flag'.

    in need of ssl

    Hi Guys,

I'm working a project that deals with collaboration. Till now I've been
using plain sockets. But now theres a need to add security into the
equation. How do I use SSL? where can i get thel ibraries from?

Any help and articles will be appreciated?

    Regards,
    Tariq
