REQUISITION # 026781:

Immediate need for an experienced client/server developer who will play a
lead role in developing PolicyPro business components. This team will be
creating the business components necessary to implement a policy processing
system that will replace Proteus. This person will work with the PolicyPro
architecture team to both build components compliant with the PolicyPro architecture,
and communicate the application team?s requirements of the architecture.
This person will also have the responsibility of mentoring the application
development team in Microsoft development methodologies, .NET/C#, and PolicyPro
team development standards. The successful candidate will have a proven
ability to work in a team environment.

Required skills and experience:
5+ years experience in analysis design and development of software applications
.NET, C#, VB.NET or C++ development
At least 1 year .NET development
XML
IBM MQ Series
Sourcesafe
Proven mentoring skills
Distributed application experience
Object Oriented design and development
Data driven application development
Experience working on large development projects
